Most of our pieces are handcrafted to order, with a typical lead time of 2-4 weeks before your order ships. This can run a little longer during busy periods, and we'll always let you know if that's the case.

We currently deliver anywhere in South Africa via courier. Once your order is collected by the courier, their own delivery times and terms apply.

Most of our fire pits, planters and furniture ship flat-packed. They're designed as a handful of flat steel pieces that slot together by hand, so assembly is quick and no welding is involved. Simple assembly guides are included with products where they're needed. Check the individual product page for the exact number of pieces and assembled dimensions.

Once the coals have fully cooled, brush out ash with a plastic dustpan and brush, then rinse with plain water, avoiding harsh household cleaners or chemicals, as they can damage the coating. Over time, the black/silver fire paint can wear where it's scratched and small rust spots may appear; this is cosmetic, won't affect how the fire pit performs, and can be lifted with lemon juice and sealed with a natural vegetable oil.

It depends on the finish. Our painted steel fire pits are coated in industrial-grade, high-heat fire paint; if that coating gets scratched or worn, isolated surface rust can appear over time, this is cosmetic, not structural, and won't affect performance (see the care answer above for how to treat it). Our anodised aluminium fire pits (Fire Pit Mobile Pro and Fire Pit Mobile Pro Combo) won't rust at all, aluminium doesn't corrode the way steel does, and anodising adds a further protective layer on top. Our steel decor, furniture and planters are finished with electroplating and powder coating specifically for corrosion resistance indoors and outdoors; as with any coated steel, a deep scratch or chip can expose the base metal to light surface rust over time. In every case, it's a cosmetic issue rather than a structural one, and it won't affect how your piece performs.

The 6 mm aluminium used in our Fire Pit Mobile Pro is a high-strength, heat-treated specification of the type used in aerospace and other demanding engineering applications. It has been specifically selected for its strength and stability under heat, and is designed to resist warping or permanent deformation during normal fire pit use.

Yes, our grill and grill-skillet accessories are dishwasher safe. We still recommend cleaning them with soap and warm water before and after each use, and avoiding sharp tools or abrasive cleaners that could scratch the surface.

Every product comes with a 1-year warranty against factory faults, covering defects in materials or workmanship. It doesn't cover normal wear and tear, or damage from misuse or not following the care instructions above. Warranty claims need proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

You can return an item within 7 days of receiving it, provided it's unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. We don't offer refunds; where an item has a genuine defect affecting its function or structural integrity, we'll repair or replace it at our discretion. Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or significantly flawed. Because every piece is handcrafted, small variations in colour, powder-coat texture or finish are normal and aren't considered flaws.

We'll give you an estimated completion time for your specific project, though this can vary depending on the scope of the piece. Once you've approved the design and confirmed the order, we're unable to make changes or offer a refund, so it's worth taking your time on approval.
